Product Description

The Osman Scrape Coating Production Line (also known as Comma Blade Coater or Knife-Over-Roll Coater) is a high-precision, industrial-grade coating system designed for applying uniform coatings onto flexible substrates such as films, paper, foils, and textiles. The comma blade (scraper) mechanism prevents paint leakage and ensures exceptional coating thickness accuracy. This closed-system design pre-meters coating materials through a precision pump, significantly reducing material waste, volatile emissions, and workplace contamination while enabling faster production line speeds.

The production line features a modular architecture supporting full customization from coating width to drying configuration, making it suitable for both R&D pilot lines and high-volume mass production. The scraper thickness is controlled by high-precision slide rails with accuracy between 0.2-0.5mm, and an external pressurization system manages the amount of paint leaking from the scraper. The system also includes cleaning devices for waste collection and demolding agent application to prevent sticking.
